Street Cottage Kitchen

My name is Nicola Sanvosin and I run Street Cottage Kitchen. This is a small cookery school based in North Waltham, a small village in Hampshire. I offer cookery classes to children and adults, as well as children’s birthday parties, D of E skills, student cooking and team building sessions. I collaborate with another local company based 1 mile from me, wheatsheaf farming who grow spelt and sell spelt flour which I use in all of my classes. I also sell waffles at local food festivals, as well as bake and post letterbox brownies. I am an experienced secondary school teacher with over 30 years experience.
