Munch CIC
Munch CIC is a social enterprise based in Winchester. We offer corporate and events catering which supports our Community cooking Programme; we work with disadvantaged groups, including families on low incomes with children and adults with learning disabilities. We help people develop the skills and confidence they need to be able to cook from scratch, while teaching them about healthy eating, food labelling and sustainable nutrition. We also work with children and young people in schools and community settings.
At the Winchester Food Festival, we will be doing two children’s workshops, Funky Fruit Kebabs and Munch Brunch Club (making summer salad lunches) and help children learn about farm to fork, seasonal eating and healthy food. The children have free reign to build their own food creations and have lots of fun while doing so!
