Hydes Cyder

Hydes Cyder began as a family lockdown project and evolved into a second career and passion for husband-and-wife team Philip and Lucy Lundberg. Their first cider hit the market in September 2023, and has garnered acclaim from both trade and consumers, praised for its delicate, authentic, and refreshing taste.

Hydes Cyder have recently launched their premium, handcrafted cider, which they will be bringing to the Festival. Born from an abundant harvest of premium apples from the Herriard Estate and other local orchards, their cider is a testament to the rich agricultural heritage of Hampshire. Hydes Cyder is fermented using the time-honoured methods, blended and freshly bottled, with distribution in glass bottles and reusable steel kegs to ensure an authentic, sustainable cider experience.

Why not pick up a bottle or two at the Festival and enjoy at home after chilling in the fridge or pouring over ice.
